摘要 电气阀门转换器、定位器的技术革新与电气转换装置的革新紧密相关。该文突破了传统的喷嘴挡板原理的转换装置,利用压电双晶片为执行器,设计了一种基于开关原理的新结构电气转换装置。该转换装置只有通断两种状态,气源消耗可忽略不计。实验研究证明,以压电复合圆盘作为执行器的转换装置具有响应快、反应灵敏的特点,为我国自主研发新型压电结构电/气转换器、定位器打下了良好的基础。 The technical innovation of electric-pneumatlc transducer and electric-pneumatic valve positioner is close related with the innovation of electric-pneumatic transfer device. Using piezoelectric bimorph as actuator, a kind of new electric-pneumatic transfer device was designed based on the theory of opening-closing. The transfer device only had two states of opening and closing. It broke though the traditional principle of nozzle/flapper, and the wastage of the air resources could be ignored. The experiment research was carried on and the results showed that the new transfer device had the characters of fast response,sensitive reaction, which provided good basis of develop- ment of electric-pneumatic transducer valve with new piezoelectric structure.
