摘要
介绍了一种可进行变速器传动效率和疲劳寿命、分动器疲劳寿命试验的机械能封闭式汽车变速器负荷试验台,试验台由主电机、加载箱、封闭箱、被试变速器、陪试变速器、液压加载系统、扭矩传感器、加速度传感器、温度传感器、专用减速器、试件安装夹具、传动轴及支撑、离合器、视频监控系统、计算机系统、基础平台及冷却装置和其他辅助装置等组成。采用主电机模拟汽车的驱动机构,实现变速器的运动输入,采用电液比例溢流阀控制液压马达模拟汽车加载。试验台具有适应范围广,实时性强,运行稳定可靠等特点。
This paper presented an automobile gearbox load test bed which can carry out the test of gearbox transmission efficiency and fatigue life as well as transfer case fatigue life. The test bed is composed of direct current electromotor, power loading closed box, power return closed box, tested gearbox, accompanying gearbox, hydraulic pressure loading system, torque sensors, acceleration sensor, temperature sensor, special reduction gear, fixing clamp, transmission shafts, support, clutch, video monitoring system, base platform as well as cooling system, computer system and other assistant set and so on. The direct current electromotor was employed to simulate the automobile-driving machine to realize the gearbox's input motion. An electro-hydraulic scale overflow valve control hydraulic motor was used to simulate the automobile load. The test bed had the advantages of broad accommodation, powerful real time and high reliability in practical use.
