摘要 采用传统的铁氧体工艺制备了Co2Y铁氧体软磁材料,加入少量添加剂实现了材料的低温烧结,分析了Co2Y的成相过程以及不同添加剂对材料显微结构和性能的影响。在添加剂的作用下,Co2Y可在900℃以下烧结,其在甚高频段具有很高的品质因数,可以用来制备片式电感元件。 The Co2Y type hexagonal ferrite material was prepared by conventional ferrite method. A small quantity of addition was used to lower the sintering temperature to below 900 ℃. The effect of different additions on the microstructure and properties were analyzed. With high quality factor in very high frequency (VHF), it could be used to make multilayer chip inductor in VHF.
