摘要
针对传统智能结构中多组传感器嵌入存在分散性的问题,成功研制了一种新型的预置压电传感器阵列。该预置传感器阵列综合采用了柔性印刷电路技术和压电超声换能技术,给出了压电传感器阵列的设计方案,对其进行了电学性能测试,并应用在某大面积复合材料构件上。结果表明,该传感阵列法可提高多组传感器布设时的一致性,便于快速、有效地在被检测结构中布置大量的传感器,且该技术对结构损伤状况反映灵敏。
Aimed at the setup problems of multiple sensors in traditional smart structures, a novel prefabricated piezoelectric sensor array is developed. It combines with the flexible circuit technique and ultrasonic transduction technique. The design and manufacture of the sensor array is proposed. Electric properties are also tested. It is applied on a large composite structure. Test results show that the uniformity in setting multiple sensors is greatly improved and fast setup of large number of sensors in the tested structures can be realized efficiently. Combined with Lamb wave diagnosing methods, this sensor array can identify the damages in structures sensitively.
