摘要
分析了四川美丰化工股份有限公司化肥分公司270 t/d天然气连续转化制取合成氨脱碳系统CO2吸收塔内壁腐蚀状况,运用化学腐蚀与防护原理,从CO2腐蚀的环境影响因素、活化MDEA溶液的吸收原理、工艺操作温度压力、塔内件等方面进行探讨,得出CO2吸收塔腐蚀是CO2气分压较高、保护膜被破坏而引起的酸性腐蚀的结论,并提出相应的建议。
The paper analyzes the possible reasons causing inside surface corrosion of carbon dioxide absorption tower in 270 t/d ammonia plant with natural gas continuously conversion process in Fertilizer Branch of Sichuan Meifeng Chemical Industry Co., Ltd with chemical corrosion and protection principle, from environmental factor of CO2 corrosion, absorption principle of a-MDEA, operation pressure and temperature, internals, and comes the conclusion that it is higher partial pressure of CO2 that damaged the protection film.
