我国现行的人大代表选举监督机制的缺位,在一定程度上造成了我国先进的民主选举理论与落后的选举实践之间的巨大反差,严重制约了我国人民代表大会制度功能的充分发挥。因此,深入认识并系统研究这一问题的现状,对于树立法治观念,实现依法治国,进一步健全和完善我国的人民代表大会制度,将具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

The vacancy of the current supervision mechanism of the NPC delegate＇s election in China has created the huge contrast between the advanced democratic election theory and the backwardness election practice, and has seriously restricted the function of NPC system. Therefore,have a thorough understanding and study systematically on the present situation of this problem, will have important theoretical and realistic significance to set up legal concept, nm the country according to law, and further perfect the NPC system of our country.
