咬合支持丧失对认知功能减退大鼠海马氨基酸类神经递质含量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究咬合支持丧失对认知功能减退大鼠海马氨基酸类神经递质含量的影响。方法:用一次性被动回避反应筛查35只Wistar大鼠的认知功能,得到12只认知功能正常和11只认知功能减退大鼠,随机分为认知功能正常对照组(A-1组)、认知功能正常拔牙组(A-2组)、认知功能减退对照组(B-1组)、和认知功能减退拔牙组(B-2组)。拔除拔牙组左侧上下磨牙6w后,测定大鼠海马氨基酸类神经递质的含量。结果:B-1组较A-1组的γ-氨基丁酸、牛磺酸含量升高(P<0.05);B-2组较A-1组的谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸、甘氨酸及牛磺酸含量均升高(P<0.01、P<0.001、P<0.05、P<0.01);B-2组较A-2组的谷氨酸、γ-氨基丁酸含量升高(P<0.05、P<0.01);B-2组较B-1组的γ-氨基丁酸含量升高(P<0.05)。结论:已有认知功能减退大鼠,在咬合支持丧失后的所测海马氨基酸类神经递质升高较其它组大鼠更明显。 Objective: To study the effects of occlusal support loss on the concentration of amino acid neurotransmitters in hippocampus of rats with impaired cognitive function. Methods: The cognitive function of 35 Wistar rats was examined by the one trial passive avoidance response, 12 rats with normal cognitive function and 11 rats with impaired cognitive function were selected. Then the 23 rats were randomly divided into four groups: control group with normal cognitive function (group A-1), unilateral molars extraction group with normal cognitive function (group A-2), control group with impaired cognitive function (group B-l) and unilateral molars extraction group with impaired cognitive function (group B-2). Six weeks after the molars extraction, all rats were decapitated and the hippocampi were dissected to measure the amino acid neurotransmitters concentration. Results: Compared with the group A-1, the contents of gama-aminobutyric and taurine in group B-1 increased significantly (P〈0.05); Compared with the group A-1, in group B-2 the contents of glutamate, gama-aminobutyric, glycine and taurine all increased significantly (P〈0.01, P〈0.001, P〈0.05, P〈0.0l); Compared with the group Ao2, in group B-2 the contents of glutamate, gama-aminobutyric were both increased significantly (P〈0.05, P〈0.01); Compared with the group B-1, in group B-2 the contents of gama-aminobutyric were increased significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Within the limitation of this study, amino acid contents in hippocampus of rats with impaired cognitive function plus occlusal support loss were significantly higher than that in other groups.
