摘要
无负重轮型式的履带车辆行走系统由于其内部结构组成的变化导致其牵引性能匹配计算与负重轮型式车辆相比存在差别.研究了履带行走系的内部摩擦系统和履带-地面行驶动力学,分析了不同重心偏心和内摩擦对整机牵引特性的影响,并对某型履带车辆进行了分析计算.结果表明,无负重轮型式机型的有效牵引力和牵引效率下降可达50%,其中机架履带滑动摩擦是构成功耗的主要因素.
Tracked vehicles without road wheels have different methods to determine rideability comparing with those with road wheel A different method is used to determine rideability of tracked vehicles without road wheels comparing with those with road wheel. A conclusion that inner friction of vehicles is major cause resulting in change of tractive performance is gotten through analysis of special structure and rideability of tracked vehicles without road wheel.
