银杏叶提取物脑保护液对兔脑的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨深低温停循环(DHCA)期间行间断顺行灌注含银杏叶提取物(GBE)的保护液对兔脑的保护作用和机制。方法纯种新西兰大白兔20只,随机分为DHCA组和GBE组,每组10只,建立体外循环模型,DHCA组在DHCA 90min内不做处理,GBE组在DHCA 30min、60min时顺行灌注一定量脑保护液。结果DHCA组静脉氧分压(PvO2)、脑氧摄取率(CEO2)在DHCA期间下降明显,在DHCA 90min降至最低,静脉二氧化碳分压(PvCO2)逐渐升高;GBE组PvO2、CEO2在DHCA 30min时降至最低,灌注脑保护液后升高,并保持一定水平,PvCO2在DHCA期间变化不明显;DHCA 60min、90min时两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳酸含量和脑组织含水量比较两组间有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深低温停循环间断灌注银杏叶提取物脑保护液能较好地向脑组织提供氧,减少停循环及恢复循环后颈内静脉血乳酸含量,减少脑组织含水量,减轻长时间DHCA造成的脑组织损伤。 Objective To study cerebral protective effect of ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) on brain of rabbits. Methods Twenty New Zealand rabbits were divided into two groups randomly: Control group (with deep hypothermic circulatory arrest) (n = 10) and GBE group (n = 10). Model of extracorporeal circulation was established by right subclavian artery and right atrium cannulation. The circulation was stopped when the nasopharyngeal temperature was reduced to 18 ℃. DHCA group takes no measures in 90 mintes, in GBE group were perfused at 30 and 60 minutes, Results The PvO2 and CEO2 were declined rapidly, the PvO2 increased gradually in control group. But the PvO2 and CEO2 reached the lowest point and kept certain level, the change of PvCO2 was not obvious in GBE group. There was significantly different at DHCA 60 min and 90 min in two groups (P 〈 0.05). The lactate content in internal jugular vein blood and the water content of cerebral tissue were differen significantly in two groups ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Intermittent cerebroplegia perfusion by GBE could offer more oxygen, reduce the lactate content in internal jugular vein blood during DHCA and re - circulation, and reduce water content of the cerebral tissue.
