肿瘤坏死因子在急性心肌梗死中的作用 被引量：2

摘要 目的研究肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫法测定46例AMI病人和30名健康者TNF-α水平。结果AMI病人血清TNF-α水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且随急性心肌梗死的严重程度(心功能KillipⅢ级、Ⅳ级)升高更明显。结论TNF-α与AMI的病理过程有关。
