A Research on the Phenomena of Work-study Program in Rural Elementary and Middle School and Rural Comprehensive Middle School in West Regions

农村中小学勤工俭学与农村综合初中班是两个不同性质的概念,两种不同的实施目的和实施形式。长期以来,在我国西部一些地区基础教育办学实践中,两个概念却常常混淆使用,导致办学过程中出现了许多难以解决的问题。

Aiming to resolve actual problems in basic education, the author clarifies the two conceptions, work-study program in rural elementary and middle school and rural comprehensive middle school in this article. Finally, the author puts forward the effective countermeasures for basic education in west regions of China.
