新农村建设中农民教育培训的需求分析——以河北省为例

Analysis on Demanding of Farmers' Education and Training in the Construction of the New Socialist Countryside——The case of Hebei Province

教育培训供给不足、内容供求错位、时间安排不合理等等因素制约了农民对教育培训的需求。在新农村建设中农民更倾向于接受短期的、与所从事的主要经营活动密切相关的培训。

Based on the survey of 171 farmers of Hebei province, this article analyzes the status of education and training of farmers＇in the construction of the new socialist countryside. The results show that farmers＇ education and training participation rate is low, training time is short and training forms and channels are relative single. Inadequate supply of education and training, dislocation of the content, timing and so on , influence farmers＇ demanding of education and training. In the construction of the new socialist countryside, farmers are inclined to accept the short -term training that are closely related to the main business activities.
