数字电视是一个信息化系统工程,它是继黑白电视和彩色电视之后的第三代电视系统,代表了电视技术的最高水平。我国是电视系统产品生产和使用的大国,政府很早就重视和支持数字电视技术的发展。当前我国数字电视产业仍处于起步阶段,但目前已经制定了数字电视实施计划时间表。

Digital TV is an informational engineering system, which is the third generation television system after the black -and -white television, and it represents the highest level of television. China is a great country for television system products and the government supports and pay much attention to the technology of digital TV. Digital TV industry is still in early developing period in China, but the government has made a timetable for further development of digital TV.
