食品中大肠杆菌O157∶H7的选择性培养与检测方法研究 被引量:7

摘要 为检测食品中的大肠杆菌O157∶H7,初步研究了此菌在选择性培养基SMAC、CR-SMAC上的菌落形态,并结合大肠杆菌O157∶H7的生理生化特性以及血清学凝集实验对其做了进一步检测,建立了对大肠杆菌O157∶H7的选择性培养检测方法.用此法对模拟牛奶样品进行检测,判断检出限为4 cfu/mL. To detect E. coli O157 : H7 in food, this experimentation first studied the colonial morphology of the microorganism on SMAC and CR-SMAC, and combine its biochemical characteristics and serological agglutination reactions to do a further detection, as to confirm the experiment. The selective incubation and detection method of E. coli O157 : H7 had been developed. Use this method to carry on an examination towards imitating milk sample, judge its detection limit being 4 cfu/mL.
