摘要
以大豆为原料,乙醇为溶剂,研究了大豆异黄酮的提取工艺.通过单因素实验和正交试验得到了最佳提取条件:大豆粉过40目筛,提取温度80℃,搅拌速度300 r/min,乙醇体积分数为70%,料液比为1∶20,提取次数为2,时间为2 h.在上述提取条件下从大豆中所得粗异黄酮质量分数为0.4%,异黄酮的提取率可达92%.
The optimum extraction conditions of isoflavones from soybean were researctled by using orthogonal design. With single factor and orthogonal experiments, the best extraction condition is : smashed soybean powder 40 mesh sieve, temperature is 80 ℃, stirring speed is 300 r/min, ethanol solution concentration is 70%, feed ratio of 1 : 20, extract two times, respectively 2 h. The crude soybean isoflavone content is 0.4 % ; the extraction tate of isoflavones is 92%.
