摘要
在保证制件质量的前提下,对自动口溶片盒模具的结构进行了分析研究,提出了定位台阶方孔的改进设计思路,通过增加模具型腔数提高了材料利用率和生产率,同时对模具中多处型芯的镶嵌形式重新进行了设计,使整套模具既易于制造,又节约了制造成本,缩短了模具交货期.试验结果证明了改进后的模具的可靠性.
A kind of chutty box was studied as an example. The mold's structure of the product was studied and some improvings were done such as fit, numbers of the mould cavity and mounted styles of the cores etc. according to its functional performance to make it easy and ecbnomical to manufacture the mold. Proved by experiment,the mold performance was reliable.
