摘要
分析了热疲劳裂纹对铝合金压铸模寿命及压铸件质量的影响,讨论了热疲劳裂纹的产生与模具材料内部组织及热处理工艺的关系,通过实验得出了减少热疲劳裂纹产生的最佳热处理方案.
This article elaborated the life impact of thermal fatigue cracks on the aluminum die-casting mould and the quality impact of die casting parts, analyzed the relationship between formation,of thermal fatigue cracks and mould material internal organization and the the heat treatment process, through experiments that reducing thermal fatigue crack is the best heat treatment programme.
