近年来．中国铁路货车在制造业，大量引进国内外先进的焊接设备及自动化焊接装置．并建设相配套的基础焊接生产线．较好地贯彻了铁道部“以工装保工艺、以工艺保质量、以质量保安全”的方针．随着货车车体用材由普通耐候钢转到高强度耐候钢．TCS系列不锈钢，带来焊接方法和焊接工艺的改变，使焊接技术上升到了一个新的水平，为确保铁路提速重载的顺利实施，奠定了基础。

In recent years, China＇s railway introduced a large number of domestic and foreign advanced automated welding equipments, and built the supporting welding production lines, promoting welding technology to soar to a new level, which laid the foundation for the smooth implementation of heavy haul railway and its speed-up.
