摘要
为了解决金属板材的回弹问题,也为了检测多点成形零件的精度及省去靠木模工序,利用激光测头研制了非接触测量仪。对多点成形的零件形状进行检测,利用开发测量仪专用软件,分析成形零件的形状误差,把形状误差值反馈到多点成形软件里,实现多点成形的第二次造型、计算、分析、调形、成形及测量的闭环多点成形。本测量仪适用于板材二维和三维曲面的测量和曲面拟合,可用于车辆、飞机、轮船以及各种压力容器等覆盖件的测量。
In order to solve the spring back problem oi the sheet metal, as well as inspect me precision of the multipoint forming part and leave out alongside wood pattern process, non-contact 3D measuring apparatus have been developed by using laser feeler.The shape of multipoint forming part has been examined.Multipoint fonning's closed loop can be realized with MPF's second time molding,computation,analysis, adjusting,forming and measurement, in which special measuring apparatus has been used to analyze the forming part's shape error and feed it back to MPF's software. The measuring apparatus is applicable to measure sheet metal's quadratic and tridimensional surface, as well as simulate surface, which can be also used to measure diversified cover pieces such as vehicle, plane, steamship and different kinds of pressure vessel.
