摘要 本文建立了汽车轮毂轴管的有限元分析模型,利用DEFORM软件模拟了工件热挤压过程,并分析了工件的损伤、应力场及应变场的分布情况和原因。结果表明将工件初始温度控制在1000℃左右最为合适,为实际的工艺制定提供了参考。 A finite element model of auto axle tube has been established and the hot extrusion process of auto axle tube has been simulated. Based on the simulated results, the distributions and causes of damage, stress field and strain field have been analyzed.The results shows that 1000℃ could be the most suitable for the initial temperature of work piece, which offers reference for actual process design.
