摘要
改革开放以来,外商直接投资对中国高速经济增长作出很大贡献,但是过度的外资涌入又会不利于国家产业安全。从世界范围来看,产业安全问题实际上是牵涉到全球化背景下国家之间关于经济利益和政治利益博弈的范畴之一,本文分析了目前我国对FDI的利用现状,接着分析其对产业安全的影响,进而提出必需从健全法律法规、调整外资政策、增强微观主体自主创新能力等建议来处理这一问题。
Since the start of China＇s reform and opening-up era, FDI has made a great contribution to the rapid growth of Chinese economy. Meanwhile excessive FDI may threaten Chinese industrial security. In fact, industrial security is one of the aspects involving gaming between countries seeking economic and political benefits worldwide under globalization background. This article analyzes the current situation of using FDI in China and possible effect on China＇s industrial security, followed by suggestions of perfecting laws and regulations, adjusting FDI policies and improving the self-renovation capability in order to solve this problem.
