摘要
组织价值观对当前企业的成功十分重要。面对这一情形,企业领导者有必要扮演塑造组织价值观的角色。本文在论述领导者塑造价值观的必要性的基础上,进一步阐明了领导者如何扮演这个角色,即塑造什么价值观和如何塑造价值观的问题。
Organization value is, and will be increasingly essential tor the success of an enterprise. Given this, a leader in an enterprise today has to play a new role as an organization value creator. To begin with the discussion of the necessity of this role for a leader, this paper revolves around ways to help a leader to play an active role in cultivating organization value in terms of different values and ways of cultivating it.
