听神经病的听力学评估和病因学研究 被引量：5

摘要 听神经病（auditory neuropathy）是一种听功能异常性疾病，表现为声音可以通过外耳、中耳正常地进入到内耳，但是声音信号不能同步地从内耳传输到大脑，患者主诉为可以听到声音但是对言语的辨别及理解能力异常。听力学检查表现为诱发性耳声发射（evoked otoacoustic emission，EOAE）正常、听性脑干反应（ABR）严重异常。听神经病的认识始于上个世纪80年代，一直以来国内外学者没有停止对“听神经病”这个具有独特听力学特征疾病的探讨与研究”。从临床表现特征到听力学检测方法，
