摘要
结合工程实践,对围堰防渗墙混凝土的配合比和性能进行了试验研究,试验结果表明采用小于0.8的水胶比、不低于60%的砂率、不低于170 kg/m3的水泥用量、适量掺加膨润土、大量掺加粉煤灰并掺加高性能的引气剂和减水剂的综合措施,可配制出较低强度和弹性模量、高抗渗等级且具有大流动性的防渗墙混凝土,以满足特定的工程要求。
Combined with a cofferdam cut-off wall engineering, concrete mix proportions and properties were studied. The test results have shown that the water-binder ratio below 0.8, sand percentage over 60% ,cement content more than 170 kg/m^3 with the addition of bentonite ,fly ash, high performance air entraining and water reducer can confect the cut off wall concrete with rela-tive low compressive strength ,low elastic modulus, high impermeability and high fluidity, which can meet the specific engineering requirements.
