摘要
近年来,在国内汽车涂装中工业机器人喷漆得到快速发展。对工业机器人喷涂发动机的应用研究在理论和应用上都具有重要的意义。文章研究了喷漆流量与漆膜厚度、喷漆流量与喷枪口径及控制参数、喷漆流量与输送压力的关系,得到了喷漆工艺的相关函数,为以后深入研究喷漆工艺奠定了理论基础。
The spray - painting robot has been widely applied in auto industry and the application research on painting engine becomes increasingly important in theroy and practice. This paper studies the relationship between spraying flow and film thickness, spraying flow and lance calibre and control paramter, spraying flow and transportation pressure and correspondly correlation function is gained, which lays theoretical base for the further research.
