摘要
研究了四氧嘧啶对小鼠免疫功能的影响,并通过测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、抗体形成细胞数、E 花环形成率等,检测胶原蛋白多肽-铬(Ⅲ)螯合物对小鼠免疫力的调节作用。结果表明,胶原蛋白多肽-铬(Ⅲ)螯合物能增强巨噬细胞吞噬能力,增加抗体形成细胞数,增加E花环形成率,对四氧嘧啶造成的免疫损伤有一定的调节作用。
The influence of alloxan on the immunologic function in mice was studied and the regulation of mice immunity by collagen pepfide-Chromittm(Ⅲ) complex was also investigated by measuring the cytophagocytosis of macrophage in abdominal cavity, antibody formation cell and T-lymphocyte. It was found that collagen peptide-Chromittm(Ⅲ) complex could enhance the cytophagocytosis of macrophage, antibody producing cell count and E-rosette concentration, showing regulation effect on the immunologic damage induced by alloxan.
