7-甲酰基-8-羟基喹啉的合成及抑菌活性 被引量:4

摘要 在相转移催化剂三正丁胺作用下,以8-羟基喹啉为原料,经Reimer-Tiemann反应合成了7-甲酰基-8-羟基喹啉,讨论了反应温度、催化剂等影响因素,提高了产品收率.经元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振谱表征,确定了化合物的组成.用圆滤纸片法和浓度稀释法测定其对大肠杆菌、产气杆菌、枯草杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的生物活性,抑菌活性实验表明,化合物对枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的杀菌活性.
