Synthesis and Biological Activity of Some Mono-and Di-thiocarbohydrazones Schiff base and Their Mn(Ⅱ) complex

合成了2-乙酰基吡嗪单缩二氨基硫脲、2-乙酰基吡嗪缩二氨基硫脲缩5-氯水杨醛及其锰配合物,用IR、UV、元素分析等多种手段对它们进行了表征,并测试了它们对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、苏云金芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单孢菌的抑制情况.

Novel acetylpyrazine thiocarbohydrazone （ 1 ） and 1 - acetylpyrazine - 5 - 5 - Chlorosalicylaldehyde dithiocarbo- hydrazone（2） and the Mn（ Ⅱ ） complexes have been synthesized and characterized by IR ,UV and element analysis. The anti- microbial activities of Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus thuringiensis, Bacillus subtills, Escherichia coli. and Pseudomomas aeruginosa have also been tested.
