前列腺癌的新辅助治疗进展
摘要
现在人们已经认识到前列腺癌仅仅依靠局部治疗不能控制其复发，因此结合整体和局部的多途径综合疗法应运而生，新辅助治疗是其中的一种，通常包括新辅助内分泌治疗和新辅助化疗。尽管一般认为新辅助治疗能减少手术切缘阳性率，减小肿瘤体积，降低肿瘤分期，增加手术切除机会和提高治愈率，但众多有关疗效的研究结论不一，本文仅就新辅助治疗的研究现状作一综述。
