摘要
光动力疗法(PDT)的治疗过程相对简单,目前仅有卟吩姆钠、盐酸氨基乙酰丙酸和间-四羟基二氢卟吩等少数几种光敏剂被批准应用于临床。激光因其单色性和高功率被认为是PDT的理想光源。PDT对表浅的小肿瘤病灶疗效高,除了轻微、短暂的皮肤光毒性外无明显的蓄积毒性。研究表明,如果选择合适的适应证,PDT可以作为治疗肿瘤的替代疗法。
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) consists of two relatively simple procedures, a few drugs have been approved to he used in selected cases. These photosensitisers include porfimer sodium, 5-ALA, mTHPC ,etc. Lasers may offer several advantages related to the monochromaticity and high light power (fluence). Efficacy is high for small superficial tumors and, except for slight and temporary skin photosensitization, there are no long-term side effects if appropriate protocols are followed. When properly used, PDT is an effective alteruative treatment option in oncology
