心理干预对宫腔镜检查术顺利进行的影响

The connection between the pcychology intervention and the hysteroscope inspection operating smoothly

目的探讨心理干预对宫腔镜检查术顺利进行的影响。方法对2007年1～12月进行宫腔镜检查的250例患者随机分为干预组和对照组各125例。对照组常规做好术前准备、术中护理配合、术后交待注意事项。干预组在对照组的基础上增加术前、术中心理干预。结果两组患者检查顺利进行程度进行比较，P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义。结论心理干预在很大程度上促进宫腔镜检查术的顺利进行，具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To study the connection between the pcychology intervention and the hysteroscope inspection operating smoothly. Methods From January 2007 to December 2007, 250 patients inspected by hysteroscope were randomly divided the intervent group and the compared group,each group was 125 cases. The compared group was routinely repared before operation, nursing care in the operation and tell the notice proceeding after the operation. The intervent group was added the pcychology intervention pre -operation and after operation basing the compared group. Results The degree of the inspection smoothly was compared between the two groups,P 〈 0. 01, the difference has the statistics significance. Conclusion The pcychology intervention can greatly promote the hysteroscope inspection smoothly, has the active clinical significance.
