二丁酰环磷腺苷钙联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical observation on DBCAMP - Ca and potassium - manesium aspartate treating congestive heart failure case of coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy

目的观察在常规治疗基础上联用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙、门冬氨酸钾镁治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效。方法冠心病心衰患者62例随机分为对照组30例，治疗组32例。均常规使用强心、利尿、倍他乐克及血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂作为基础治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上联用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙、门冬氨酸钾镁，14日为一疗程进行疗效比较。结果对照组的总有效率为73．3％，治疗组为87.5％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组对SV、CO、CI、LVEF的改善效果优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论联用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙、门冬氨酸钾镁治疗CHF冠心病心衰患者可获得积极疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of DBCAMP - Ca and potassium - manesium aspartate treating congestive.heart failure case of coronary atherosclerotic cardiopathy. Methods 62 congestive heart failure cases were divided at random into control group （ 30 cases） and therapy group（32 cases）. All cases were treated for 14 days with cardiac glycoside, diuretic, betaloe and ACEI act for basic treatment, and therapy group was treated with DBCAMP - Ca and potassium - manesium aspartate. Result The total effective rate for control group was 73.3 %, in therapy group was 87.5%, and singnificant difference observed in two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）, so was SV, CO, CI, LVEF. Conclusion DBCAMP-Ca and potassium -manesium aspartate are effective treating congestive heart failure.
