精神分裂症患者脑皮层兴奋性的对照研究 被引量:1

The research on cortical excitability in schizophrenic patients

摘要 目的了解精神分裂症患者的运动阈值(MT)与正常人的差异,以探讨精神分裂症患者的皮层兴奋性变化。方法采用单脉冲经颅磁刺激(sTMS)检测均为右利手的48例精神分裂症患者和铝例正常对照的MT值。结果精神分裂症患者的MT值为左侧(47.01±9.14)高于右侧(44.59±10.54),差异有显著性(P〈0.05);而正常对照的MT值为左侧(41.79±7.65)低于右侧(44.634±7.96),差异有非常显著性(P〈0.01);精神分裂症患者左侧的MT值显著高于正常对照(P〈0.05),而右侧的MT值与正常对照差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者的皮层兴奋性与正常对照存在差异,具体表现为患者左、右两侧皮层兴奋性的不对称性与正常对照呈相反表现;精神分裂症患者左侧大脑皮层的兴奋性明显降低。 Objective To investigate the difference of motor threshold(MT) between the schizophrenic patients and normal volunteers, and analyze the change of cortical excitability in patients. Methods 48 righthanded patients with schizophrenia and 48 right-handed healthy control subjects were used signal-pulse Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (sTMS) to detect the MT. Results MT in left (47.01 ± 9. 14) was higher than right (44.59 ± 10.54) in patients, and reverse in normal controls( t1 = 2.11, P1 〈 0.05; t 2 = 3.18, P 2 〈 0.01 ). Compared with the controls ,the left MT in schizophrenia was increased significantly( t = 2.36, P 〈 0.05 ), but no difference in right MT( t = 0.10, P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The interhemispheric asymmetries of brain motor cortical excitability in patients with schizophrenia disorder was opposite to the controls, and the left cortical excitability in patients had a evident decrease relative to normal subjects.
