文章结合当前高校档案是否应该有偿服务的热点问题,从分析有争议的几种论点入手,提出高校档案应采取无偿服务为主,有偿服务为辅。

In connection with the hot issue of whether archive service should be paid in university, with the analysis of some controversial points, this thesis points out that archive service in university should mainly be free supplemented by paid services.
