摘要
在众多影响建筑能耗的参数中,建筑体形系数对其的影响是非常明显的。影响建筑体形系数的原因有很多。结合重庆地区目前建筑发展的流行趋势,从建筑外观造型入手,利用Dest软件模拟分析各种不同立面造型影响建筑体形系数的变化,分析其对建筑能耗的影响关系。模拟结果显示,采用入户花园和飘窗等手段,建筑外观造型变化越复杂,体形系数越大,建筑能耗值越高。
Among the many implications of building energy consumption parameters, the shape coefficient is one of very important factars.To take Chongqing's residential building for example and use DEST, the influences of building vertical plane appearance on shape coefficient were analyzed, as well as on building energy consumption. The result shows that if entrance garden and bay window were used, more complex the changes in building appearance shape are, the greater the shape coefficient is, and the higher the value of building energy consumption is.
