茶多酚是茶叶中多酚类物质的总称,在食品、油脂、保健、医药、日化、精细化工等领域都有广泛的应用.本文就茶多酚提取的各种方法的基本流程及各自的优缺点及茶多酚的用途作一综述,以供大家参考.
Tea polyphenol, active ingredient in the tea, has been widely used in foods, fats, medicine and chemical industry. The component, property, the methods of extraction, application and prospect of tea polyphenols are been introduced respectively in this essay.
