阐述了营销"两转"理念和"一部三中心"建设的理论依据和电网企业面临的新形势。以详实的数据论证了西安供电局"一部三中心"运营取得的显著成效,分析了运营中存在的问题,从营销层面和企业层面分别提出了保障"一部三中心"高效通畅、反应快速运营的实施建议。
This paper expounds the concept of "two surrounding" marketing, scientific foundation for the building of "one marketing department surrounded by three supporting centers" and new situation in grid enterprises; demonstrates the substantial achievement in the operation of "one marketing department surrounded by three supporting centers" in Xi'an Power Supply Bureau based on exact data; analyzes the problems existed in the operation. Finally, some proposals for "one marketing department surrounded by three supporting centers'to run high-efficiently, smoothly and rapidly are put forward at marketing and enterpSses level.
