摘要
为提高供电企业的持续发展能力,超前适应电力市场化改革方向,主动承担更多的社会责任,本文运用现代营销理论,结合供电企业特点,按照陕西省电力公司贾福清总经理提出的"营销围绕客户转,全局围绕营销转"的"两转"营销服务理念,以此贯穿并指导安康供电局的各项工作,2007年取得较为明显的效果。
To improve the sustainable development capability of power supply enterprises, suit the direction of power marketoriented reform in advanced, undertake the enterprises' social responsibility, based on the modem marketing theory, combined with the characteristics of the power supply enterprises, according to the concept of "the customers surrounded by the marketing and the marketing surrounded by the global", which is proposed by JIA Fu-qing President of Shaanxi Electric Power Company, Ankang Power Supply Bureau's each work in 2007 makes obvious achievements.
