论述了电力工程在设计阶段加强电力工程造价控制的必要性,分析了工程设计阶段造价控制的现状和存在的问题,对在设计阶段造价控制的措施进行了探讨,希望通过合理控制电力工程造价,促进电力建设和谐健康发展。
The paper expounds the necessity to strengthen the cost control of power engineering in design stage, analyzes the status and problems of the cost control in design stage. Finally, the paper discusses several measures to control the cost in design stage, and hopes that the measures can promote the harmonious and healthy development of the power construction.
