在不影响生产和不对系统做大的改动前提下,以较小的投入解决澜沧铅矿粗铅冶炼厂废气驻波脱硫系统堵塞问题,改造了驻波脱硫系统的喷淋塔、洗涤塔的扰动动力、支管连接、喷嘴,达到脱硫系统稳定运行和提高脱硫效率。

The block problem in the standing wave phosphorus removal system of treating smelting waste gas from the lead ore is rebuilt with less cost without influencing the normal production. Some parts of the system including the spray tower and jet nozzle and branch pipe connection and so on are repaired to ensure the whole system to run stable and improve the phosphorus removal ratio.
