摘要
阐明了危险废物管理与评价的重要性,并分析了目前管理中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策;基于一般工程项目产生危险废物对环境的影响评价与危险废物集中处理与处置设施项目的环境影响评价的现实情况,提出了诸如考虑二次污染、完善公众参与机制等建议。
The significance of management and assessment of hazardous wastes in China is pointed out. The EIA of the projects producing hazardous waste is analyzed. And the EIA of projects of disposing hazardous waste is also described, based on which, some suggestions concerning the second pollution and improving the public participation system are put forward.
