摘要
本试验以番茄为供试材料,研究了磁化水对其种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。试验结果表明,采用磁化水浸种催芽可显著提高番茄种子的发芽势和发芽率,有利于淀粉酶活性的增加,促进了番茄种子的萌发。采用磁化水浇灌番茄幼苗,显著地促进了幼苗的生长发育,提高了幼苗体内的CAT和POD活性,增强了幼苗的抗逆能力。同时,磁化水处理增加了番茄叶片中可溶性糖的含量,并提高了根活力。
Tomato was treated with magnetized water in order to study the effects of magnetized water on seeds germination and seedlings growth. The results showed that the tomato seeds were treated with magnetized water could increase the germination potential, germination percentage and germination index significantly. The activities of amylase of tomato were also increased significantly and the seeds germination was improved. The growth and development, the activities of CAT and POD of tomato seedlings were increased when the seedlings irrigated with magnetized water. The seedlings were treated with magnetized water could increase the contents of soluble sugars of tomato leaves, the root vigor of tomato seedlings was improved significantly.
