Educational Fairness and Governmental Responsibility

政府作为公共权力主体和维护公共利益的代表,在实现教育公正中负有重要的责任。实现教育公正,政府要确立公正的责任意识,确保教育制度公正,促使公共教育资源均衡化,同时要重视教育资源的再分配,保护弱势群体的利益。而针对不同性质的教育,政府又须在履行职能中努力把握好尺度。

As a representative of public pgwer and interest, the govemment has the important responsibility for educational fairness. The government must establish consciousness of responsibility, balances the development of public education resources, and guarantees the fairness of educational system. Simultaneously, the government should strengthen the redistribution of educational resources, protects the minority groups. In view of the fact that the nature of education is different m compulsory education, non-compulsory education and private education, the limitation of governmental responsibility also has the difference.
