Theory Discussion on Educational Public Service

教育公共服务是随着政府公共服务职能的日益凸显而在公共教育领域出现的一个新命题。本文从公共管理的视角,结合公共教育领域的实际,对教育公共服务的产生、概念、形态、内涵及模式演变进行了简要探讨,力图对教育公共服务领域相关概念和理论有所廓清。

As government public service has been growing concern, educational public service becomes a new topic in public education. From the perspective of public administration, this paper discusses the background, concept, connotation and model evolution of Public service, as well as tries to describe some concepts and theories of educational public service.
