摘要
为进一步完善我国教育督导制度，更广泛地借鉴与学习欧洲有关国家的教育督导与教育质量监测评估工作的经验，由国家教育督导办副主任林仕梁率队的教育质量监测与评估考察团一行于2007年对法国、德国和瑞士进行了专题考察，并与三国的专家学者、学校教师就教育质量监测与评估及“国际学生评价项目”（PISA）测试情况进行了交流与座谈。
