Perioperative nursing of patients underwent coronary artery bypass graft combined with valve replacement

目的:探讨和总结冠状动脉旁路移植联合心瓣膜置换围手术期的护理方法和经验。方法:对5例冠心病联合心瓣膜病患者加强围手术期护理,总结、整理出行之有效的护理措施。结果:5例患者均手术顺利,术后无并发症发生。结论:对冠心病联合心瓣膜病患者加强围手术期护理,可有效提高手术成功率,促进患者康复。

Objective To disscuss the methods and experiences of perioperative nursing in patients underwent coronary artery bypass graft combined with valve replacement. Method Enhanced the perioperative nursing in 5 cases with coronary heart disease combined with valvular disease, in order to summarize the effective nursing measures. Results Five patients in this study all passed the operation period smoothly, without any accidents and complications. Conclusion Reinforce perioperative nursing in patients with coronary heart disease combined with valvular disease, can help to increase the operation success rate and make patients healing successfully.
