肺切缘组织检测CEAmRNA诊断肺癌微转移的研究

摘要 目的:评估检测肺切缘组织癌胚抗原信使核糖核酸(CEAmRNA)指标在诊断肺癌切缘组织微转移方面的应用价值。方法:以肺癌组织及其切缘组织为研究标本、非癌肺病组织及其切缘组织为对照标本,应用反转录套式聚合酶链反应(RT-NP-PCR)技术,检测组织标本CEAmRNA的表达。结果:在病理学诊断为肺癌的55份肺切缘组织中病理学发现有癌细胞微转移9例,而CEAmRNA阳性结果分别为49例和21例;肺癌及其切缘组织CEAmRNA阳性率均明显高于非癌肺病组织及其切缘组织(P<0.01)。随访发现,21例肺癌切缘组织CEAmRNA阳性的病例,19例于术后肿瘤复发。结论:检测肺癌组织及其切缘组织CEAmRNA指标,对诊断肺癌与肺癌微转移具有较高的应用价值;尤其在诊断肺癌细胞微转移方面,检测CEAmRNA的敏感性高于病理学方法。 Objective:To evaluate the value of detecting CEAmRNA in lung cancer cutting edge tissue in diagnosis of lung cancer micrometastasis.Methods:RT-NP-PCR was used to detect the expression of CEAmRNA in lung cancer and its cutting edge, as well as non-carcinoma pneumonopathy and its cutting edge.Results:9 cutting edge tissuse among 55 cases lung cancer were found cancer cells micrometastasis; while the CEAmRNA positive results were 49 cases and 21 cases respectviely, which were obviously higher that of non-carcinoma pneumonopathy and its cutting edge (P 〈 0.01). According to follow-up visit, 19 cases among the 21 CEAmRNA positive cases recurred carcinoma.Conclusions:Detecting CEAmRNA in lung cancer and its cutting edge tissue is a useful index for diagnosing of lung cancer and micrometastasis.Especially for micrometastasis,the sensitivity of detecting CEAmRNA is higher than pathological method.
