银杏杂交种苗木叶片有效成分的分析与评价

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,以总黄酮醇苷、总内酯和总银杏酸为测定指标,对不同银杏杂交种苗木叶片的质量进行分析与评价,结果表明:不同银杏杂交种苗木叶片中3个指标成分的含量波动较大,总黄酮醇苷含量范围为10.369—13.997mg/g,总内酯含量范围为4.096—8.742mg/g,总银杏酸含量范围为11.035~17.988mg/g,3因素综合评价品质也有较大的差异。本研究为叶用银杏优良品种选育提供科学依据。 Using total flavonoids, total terpene lactones and total ginkgolic acids as index, HPLE method was applied to evaluate the quality of the different hybrid Ginkgo biloba seedling leaves. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids, total terpene lactones and total ginkgolic acids was 10. 369 - 13. 997 mg/g, 4.096 - 8. 742 mg/g and 11.035 - 17. 988 mg/g, respectively. Synthetically, the quality of the leaves of different hybrid Ginkgo biloba seedlings had obvious differences. These results would provide a scientific basis for the selecting and breeding of superior varieties of Ginkgo biloba for leaves production
