摘要
以硝酸铜、硝酸钴和尿素等为基本原料,采用特殊的水热合成法制备出前驱体.前驱体经高温煅烧后得到介孔铜钴复合氧化物粉体.通过TG-DSC、FT-IR、XRD、SEM等检测手段对前驱体及产物的物性和结构进行分析表征,揭示其内在的物化特性.结果表明:在此实验条件下钴元素能够掺入到CuO的晶格之中,形成介孔铜钴复合氧化物.产物符合高性能催化剂的活性位结构要求.
The predecessor bulk which is made from the elementary crude material such as cobalt nitrate, copper nitrate, urea and so on, was synthesized with hydrothermal method. Then the mesoporous powdered compound of cobalt and copper oxide formed after the compound oxide of cobalt and copper after incinerating the predecessor at the high temperature. The physical property and structure of the predecessor bulk and the title catalyst can be characterized by TG-DSC,FT-IR XRD.SEM and so on. The result indicates that the cobalt may be mixed into the crystal lattice of CuO at the experimental condition and mesoporous compound oxide of cobalt and copper having better catalysis was abtained.
