摘要 以普通氨基硅油与烯丙基聚醚为原料,经迈克尔加成合成了亲水性氨基硅油.探讨了合成的优化工艺[90℃反应6 h;原料质量比m(烯丙基聚醚)∶m(氨基硅油)为0.51∶.0],并对其性能进行测试,结果表明:该柔软剂整理织物的柔软性、白度、透气性与商品氨基硅油相当,亲水性有较大的提高,可提高衣物的服用性能. The hydrophilic silicone were synthesized from common amino-silicone and allyl polyether by Michael addition. The synthetic conditions were investigated, and optimized to be allyl polyether:aminosilocone= 0.5:1.0 (mol ratio) and reaction 6 h at 90 ℃. The performance of the product was tested. The results showed that this softener finished fabrics had similar softening effect, whiteness, permeability to commercial aminosilicones. The hydrophilicity and wearing performance were greatly improved.
